I order a part for my Ryobi ratchet . Their site said it was in stock, so I ordered 2. This part is hard to find and they were the only site who "had them". Almost a month after purchase, I had to reach out to them to find out what is going on. Part is on backorder with the manufacture like everywhere else. They just took my money and ordered from the manufacture like I could have done. NO EMAIL to say its backordered, NOTHING.
