I had to take my power washer here for repair after I purchased a warranty from Home Depot. They originally told me 3 weeks, dropped off around Memorial Day. It was after the 4th of July and I called them, they said it was ready for pickup. I asked them why they never called me? Their response was they wrote my phone number down wrong, when I looked at the carbon paperwork that was given to me, my phone number was written down correctly.
