I got met with resistance and was argued over the meaning of 'walk in'. dont advertise you are a walk in clinic if I have to book an appointment, what? thats not what it means to 'walk-in' -anyways- I went to the other family clinic on Wilson across the street (who doesnt advertise as walk in but I tried anyways) and they gave me much better advice and I actually only needed a pharmacist for my concern, the front desk here is uninformative, cold and was unapologetic for her attitude. Hopefully the doctor here has more warmth... read more
It’s been two weeks in a row that they gave me appointments and when I go for my appointment I see they are closed.
Horrible clinic never answers the phone don’t care about patients only them self
Dr. Takon and Krystina are very helpful and kind. I love going there whenever I'm sick. My whole family is very pleased with their services. God bless them.
