Their manager, Monica, was super helpful and patient. I've also never seen a crew work so well together to make my lawn look absolutely amazing. If I could give ten stars I would! Definitely using them again!
If I could give you a 0-star rating I would. Both people I spoke with the first and second times I called were very nice as I was - your claims here are completely false. I followed up a week after no response and I was told you would get back to me within the week, which you failed to do so. I followed up again that following week and was told 2-3 days with an apology for not hearing back, and again, no response.
