Pros- Nice woman Con- I expressed, and asked, in our first meeting, “I am concerned that with the Attorney fee, that may cut into receiving reimbursement for all the medical expenses paid out of pocket.”. I was advised that by Megan that she is skilled in Negociation of the dollars down in what is owed, and working with insurance company. My out of pocket for medical bills was $19,000. As an attorney that has practiced in Dallas for 17 years myself, I can attest that her level of expertise in personal injury cases it top notch.
