Great experience! Dr. Ghada Elhaj is incredibly personable, and caring of her patients. The staff is kind, and accommodating as well.
The pediatrician is very nice, makes our kids feel at ease and comfortable, answers all our questions and makes sure we understand the health plan for our child. The front office staff and nursing staff are always very nice.
So far my experience with MD Kids has been excellent. The people who staff their scheduling and general customer service are top-tier professionals--very, very good listening and communication skills. Dr. Elhaj has a great personality and she has always followed through quickly on referrals we've had to request. The nurses are quite good as well.
