Very disappointed, My wife who donated her kidney to me was not allowed to be in the room to actually see the kidney working inside my body. Because of some “” policy. The technician made no effort to call a manager or have Leslie come in at least for a minute or two at the end to at least be able to see her kidney working inside my body what a wonderful experience that would’ve been.
I came in for a simple X-ray and waited over 45 minutes just to check in. I finally went back up to the check in counter and asked how much longer and was told at least another 10 minutes. I asked just to check in? And was told yes but there were a lot of other people who came after me to check in and was already checked in. I told them to forget it and I left and went elsewhere. Apparently they didn’t want my business.
they have always been helpful and caring while down there for xrays, MRI or mammogram
