Went in there on Thursday, despite being only the having two people in the waiting room, I left 3 hours later. But despite this, it was a great experience. They checked on me and apologized for the wait and let me know that they knew I was still there and that the doctor had to perform a procedure. The secretary, LPN, Doctor, and X-Ray tech were very nice and gave wonderful care. I'd rather go here than the emergency room or Sentara Urgent Care any day. I was seen on the 24th, since my employer was closed and they could not get them all the information they needed, I had to return. After speaking to our workmen' comp office, I was told to return to the clinic for further evaluation, so I returned. It took me 1/2 hour to get the girl in the office to understand, she refused to take the information, she then said I would have to be drug tested as requested by my employer. Very pleased with Dr Newton. He really catered to my daughter this evening. She was scared and in pain with swimmers ear and not only made her laugh but relaxed her. Very happy with the service. The facility was really clean and all the staff was really nice
Well maintained.. All staff is polite and kind.. Will no longer go to another ER if I can come here.. strongly recommend!!
Went there yesterday for my daughter, Dr didn't even speak to us before he looked me in the face and said he wasn't going to give me any pain pills...ummm hello? We r here for my daughter, and we aren't asking for pain pills!!!! Anybody know what you get when you assume????
