RecommendedThis place was an absolutely wonderful surprise and a blessing! We were up visiting family(we live in Byron, Ga) when my hubby started feeling more crummy and finally relented to coming to urgent care. These folks were awesome from the front desk to the nurses and the doctor! Absolutely FABULOUS experience!! Friendly, courteous, caring and thorough!! And the wait wasn’t horrible. RecommendedSaw Shawn, PA. He was wonderful. Actually addressed things no one did before, meaning looked in my chart and took important things into consideration. Saw the whole picture instead of just trying to get me in and out. Addressed all concerns and made sure all my questions were answered. I wish I could get him at every visit.
Useless. Called ahead of time to find out what was needed and was told only an ID was required. Get there with my boyfriend who is having a MEDICAL EMERGENCY and they want medical insurance or $90 up front PLUS the additional cost of anything they do in the back. RIDICULOUS. Called an ambulance in their parking lot. Whole reason we didn’t go to the hospital in the first place was the over hour wait time.
my husband went waited 2 hrs and still wasn't seen. Staff was rude and told him if he "didnt like it then leave" Do not recommend this place. No compassion for others
RecommendedI took my son to Urgent Care last night and was completely impressed by the way they handled his care. He had a head injury that required staples. Diane Sturgill, PA and staff were kind, patient, and very informative. The manner in which the situation was handled resulted in a calm and less dramatic visit that could have been a nightmare.
