Went in there on Thursday, despite being only the having two people in the waiting room, I left 3 hours later. But despite this, it was a great experience. They checked on me and apologized for the wait and let me know that they knew I was still there and that the doctor had to perform a procedure. The secretary, LPN, Doctor, and X-Ray tech were very nice and gave wonderful care. I'd rather go here than the emergency room or Sentara Urgent Care any day. Went there yesterday for my daughter, Dr didn't even speak to us before he looked me in the face and said he wasn't going to give me any pain pills...ummm hello? We r here for my daughter, and we aren't asking for pain pills!!!! Anybody know what you get when you assume????

Great place we u need help I would go back again the doctor and nurses where so nice and helpful better than the hospital if you just have a bad virus or the flu.. they are fast and very helpful. .. I say 5 stars for sure..
