Could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Hansen and his staff were so friendly and informative. Esp. for someone with dental anxiety, I would highly, highly recommend his office. They were very calming and understanding, never made me feel rushed, and I felt genuinely cared about and listened to. I learned so much about dentistry and cavity causes and prevention, all within just a single visit!! (I feel as though I just went to dental school myself! Haha). Going to the dentist is decidedly less painful here -- literally and figuratively. First and foremost, their team is really great. Everyone is genuine and friendly, they're really responsive, and they have excellent "chairside manner" (if that's a thing) and don't shame you about the condition of your teeth or anything else. The chit-chat is always pleasant and interesting, which is important since you can't actually participate in the conversation while your mouth is open, numb, and being drilled. Always have a good experience at Issaquah Dental Arts, the office is very clean and the staff is very good at making you feel comfortable. Trevi is the best and most gentle hygienist ever!
