As usual I had a great cleaning and visit with one of the Dr.'s - very thorough - no pain afterwards. Always considerate of me and my allergies (drippage, clearing throat, etc.) Always look forward to my next visit!~
I am new to this facility, and am very very pleased with the care and attention I am receiving! I have been going to the Renton facility for years and now have switched to the office closer to my home. Trevi is fabulous, very kind and thorough. I really appreciate her communication skills. She lets you know what she is doing, so no surprises. Thank you Trevi!
They explain what they are doing very well. They give a complete evaluation of your dental health. Related to previous visits, they provided/manufactured the best cap I have ever had. They make you feel like a welcomed family member.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Hansen and his staff were so friendly and informative. Esp. for someone with dental anxiety, I would highly, highly recommend his office. They were very calming and understanding, never made me feel rushed, and I felt genuinely cared about and listened to. Going to the dentist is decidedly less painful here -- literally and figuratively. First and foremost, their team is really great. Everyone is genuine and friendly, they're really responsive, and they have excellent "chairside manner" (if that's a thing) and don't shame you about the condition of your teeth or anything else. You can't improve a masterpiece. That's how I feel about my dentist office. In my opinion, the entire staff are all perfection!
