Had an awesome visit. Dr Merkel and Karissa rock! They explained everything every set of the way, which helped set expectations on what to expect and why things were done that way. Another visit needed for my permanent caps but the worse is behind me (and the worse wasn't that worse).
I had such great care during my regular cleaning appt. I got a handy text message reminder for my appt. Also, Trevi is the best hygienest I've ever been a patient for. so glad to be a patient with Issq Dental Arts.
We have always loved Issaquah Dental Arts! The offices are very friendly and everyone feels like they are one big, happy family. Very professional and they make sure you are comfortable with all the latest in technology (even if you are the type that "falls asleep in the chair", like me!). Others in my family used to be nervous about the dentist - but Dr. Merkel and Dr. Hansen and his staff are so personable and gentle and great at what the do. :) We are sure you will love them like we do!
Dr. Merckel and Karissa over at Issaquah Dental Arts did a great job today. They put me in a comfortable chair in front of a window on a nice fall day, let me watch TV during the appointment, and the office temperature was nice. I was never in pain and they talked me through the appt in very friendly terms. When I'm treated this well I'll keep going back and recommend them highly!
The service was good. And the people were nice. Cool TV's.
The hygienists are very kind, gentle and outgoing. Office is super clean, lots of magazines, but never get to read them because they are always on time or early! The heated blanket is a nice choice. The hot towel afterward is such a nice touch. Now, if only they offered feet massages too!
I've been going to Issaquah Dental Art for years and always pleased w/my care. Trevi is the best!! and though I miss Dr. Huysing, Dr. Hansen is great.
Nice folks at Dental Arts, Trevi is very professional and gentle, doctors are very good and seem to be avid golfers (golfers tend to be good people)!
Thank you to everyone at Issaquah Dental Arts for accommodating my special needs last week. I appreciate the kindness shown to me by the front office and care team. You took a big worry off my plate! Thank you also for the flowers, they were lovely and made me feel your support. \
