Called in to see if they are still accepting patients, the receptionist was pretty rude on the phone and stated that my symptoms weren’t good enough. Btw this is not a walk in clinic it’s a phone/video consultation clinic. That’s all I was asking and the recipient just kept repeating the same thing over and over disregarding whatever I was saying!

DONT GO HERE, labeled as a walk in clinic and but they only do zoom calls like it's 2019 peak pandemic. Canada's Healthcare is so bad that you're just supposed to live with whatever your dealing with. till your dead. At least some clinics will at least let you speak to a doctor. The people at the front desks know nothing about healthcare. Why are you the one to decide if I'm worthy to see a doctor or not? It's absolutely pathetic.
Booked an online consultation and they charged me for it but never contacted . I would not suggest this to anyone .
