Been waiting for hours for virtual appointment. Rebooked first appointment because it said I was called but yet I was not. Second appointment was the same, said I was called but I was not. Will have to call OHIP to make sure they did not charge for these supposed calls. This could be a case of fraud.
They lost my Xray and canceled my appointments without telling me, resulting in at least a week long delay in my treatment. Sorting it out took 2+hours over a very unresponsive chat client, as they don't have a number you can call for support, and don't seem to answer emails to the suggested address. Overall, they don't seem to have the staffing and support workers to run an effective medical practice.
