TERRIBLE MEDICAL CARE ... ABSENCE OF TRUE INTEGRITY AND COMPASSION TO CURE...DID NOT EVEN INFORM TRUE STATUS OF PATIENT. PATIENT LEARNED IN EMERGENCY CARE AT ANOTHER HOSPITAL
Excellent doctors and clinical staff. Most rude front desk staff.
Would not choose this facility. For future appointments I will opt to travel to the medical center or league city. The desk staff here are rude and in 14 years of being with Md anderson I have NEVER had such awful attitudes towards patients from any other location. I sat in waiting room and watched them be rude to other patients as well. Short and curt as well as rude body language.
Parking was easy and simply getting to the Sugarland clinic was easier than the main facility on Holcomb. The community is beautiful and easy to navigate. We really enjoy coming to the Sugarland Clinic. Plus Dr. Messick and his team are great!
