You can never contact your Dr. directly you call the center and they forward to your Dr. my husband finished his treatments and now has a problem we would like to ask questions about and have been waiting over a week to receive a call. He has gained 34lbs of ?fluid! In approximately a months time. And we have questions! Have had to call to schedule appointments during his treatments and had the same problem with them calling to schedule! Not being able to connect directly is frustrating! to say the least.
The Drs at the actual offices are great, but the other staff that works here is all together horrible and rude. They are very inconsistent with rules for patients coming in and their families depending on who checks you in and whose working determines if you get to go with your loved one or not. If you must sit down in the main lobby area the girls who takes your name are some of the rudest women I have ever met no empathy or consideration for anyone.
