Edit update: It has been 1+ years since the consult and surgery at MD Anderson. There was a 6 wk post-op followup, a 6 month followup, and a 1 yr followup. Each trip, for subsequent testing and physician visits, has been handled professionally and made to be as easy as possible on our family.
