I saw Dr Andrea Milbourne several years ago. I was referred to her by my neuro/endo due to very high estradiol labs. It was actually one of the worst Dr appts of my life. She said there is no reason to run estradiol labs, and no reason to seek why mine were high. She said high estradiol was due to my being overweight. In fact, at one point, she reached over, patted my arm, and said, “you are fat and you hate yourself.” What in the holy hell?! I assured her that I may be fat, but I certainly don’t hate myself.
