Nine months ago my A/C died. This company came recommended in my neighborhood, so I called them. They said the compressor had failed and replaced it. The A/C still didn't work. Then they told me metal shavings from a failed compressor can damage two other components, so they replaced those too. It still didn't work. A second tech came out, swapped one more part, and it finally ran. Last weekend the exact same symptoms came back. I called them again, figuring the parts they'd installed should still be under the manufacturer'... read more
Friday night the AC quit working but we called McWillams & Son, Inc to come fix it Saturday morning and they were more than helpful and friendly an took their time explaining what the real issues were and gave us some tips to help out in the future. We were all grateful to have the ac back up an running by afternoon even my fur babies said it was to hot lol. Thank you for great service🥰
I cannot say enough about this company! I’ve never waited for an AC repair for more than 3 hours. They come promptly, work efficiently and are very courteous. Recently, my pool heater stopped working. I had 3 pool techs out prior to Austin from McWilliams. They each quoted me over $4k to repair, without ever even opening the unit. Austin came and had it up and running within 20 minutes for $350. Highly, highly recommend this company (and Austin, if you can get him).
McWilliams and Son are the best! They responded quickly and got the job done. The technician they sent out, Joe, was exceptional. He was super polite, professional and very informative. He represented the company well.
Holt thier technician was here today to install a UV Blue light for our AC unit. He was very informative and friendly. Holt is definitely an asset to the entire McWilliams and Son team. Kudos to all!!
