So appreciative of the service I received! Summer in Florida when your A/C isn’t working is no joke! They responded and got out here faster than I expected. Mike was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. He had the problem identified and my air working in less than 30 minutes. Fortunately for me it wasn’t a big issue, so only had to pay for the service call. I called this company after a friend’s recommendation and spoke directly with the owner, Gil. Within the first few minutes he repeatedly suggested I just use someone else, even dropping a “You probably need this done right away, right?”—clearly trying to steer me toward another provider. When I assured him I was willing to wait, he shifted gears and ultimately claimed, “We don’t go that far.” That was puzzling because his own answering service had told me they do service my area.
