I work downtown and would love the convenience of taking my vehicles here when they need work. Test - thought I had a bad battery, brought them my car. Turns out the battery cable was lose. Charge $80. "Menu pricing, nothing I can do" was the response I got when I asked for a break on the price. I think they need a new menu! Fool me once...

- I had the front end aligned on 4/29/2017 and ask for burnt out bulbs to be replaced, they replaced 2 and missed 1, took the car back 5/01/2017 and let them know that they missed 1, then with 4 men ( Don't know if they were mechanics or not ) working on the car, I still had to point to the light that was out.
I had a screw in my tire. McWhorters repaired it and didn't charge me a thing. They simply said to have a good day. Thank you to McWhorters. I highly recommend them.
