Katlynn is an angel. She listens and gives you what you want. I have been trying to get my hair to one length for 8 years. I've repeated it so many times but was not heard. After a very short time in her hands, my hair is so close to where I hoped. She cut it to make the in between look really amazing without shortening the layers and letting them grow. Went in for my first ever eyebrow shaping/waxing. Staff was very friendly and the wax wasn't painful but I am not happy with the end results. Stylist didn't really take the time to learn what I wanted, it felt very rushed, and in the end they weren't even the same shape. Very disappointed because I went in with high expectations.
The best salon ever!!! Amanda is amazing and thank goodness she is back from maternity leave.. The staff at MCV are so nice and helpful.. The staff and stylists go above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your experience
