Thomas McTygue and his group have guided me through multiple home purchases and refinances. What I love about their service is that they just help you solve problems and get past roadblocks. With Tom's outside of the box thinking, I have been able to lower my monthly housing payments enough to purchase another property. I really feel like he helped us come out of the housing collapse way ahead of other people. I have referred him to many of my friends and they all thank me later! which is NICE!!
Have used McTygue group several times for finance/refinance on primary residence and investment real estate in the San Diego area. Tom is very knowledgeable. I have worked with many lenders over the years who make promises and can't deliver. If Tom says it can be done, it will be done. I have always shopped rates and never been able to beat what McTygue can find. Great communication and experience every time.
