We have been a customer of McSweeney & Ricci Insurance Agency for over 25 years. We are very satisfied with their services. Jacquelyn Rios has been VERY HELPFUL. We recently had a problem with our Homeowners insurance. Jacquelyn immediately found us another insurance company before our policy got canceled. She finds the best rates for our Homeowners, Auto and Umbrella policy We would HIGHLY recommend this insurance agency.

Not only did Mcsweeney & Ricci find me exactly what I was looking for, they also offered me amazing customer service with the best auto rates anywhere. Jeannine Urquhart was very quick to respond and helped me get everything situated with ease. Jeaninne took all the stress out of looking for coverage and now I can sit back and relax a little knowing I am in good hands.
Thank you to Kerianne Lynch for helping me work out a billing issue on my son's car insurance. I told her the problem and it was fixed within 10 minutes! Thank you Kerianne.

I have been with McSweeney & Ricci for many years, having them provide insurance for my home, camper and cars. Jacquelyn Rios, my account manager has been very attentive and knowledgeable with the products I needed during a recent move to another state. I don't know what I would do without her. Even though I no longer reside in Mass, I will continue to have McSweeney & Ricci and Jacquelyn provide all my insurance products. They are the best!!
