I have used this agency since 2011 for all my insurance needs including flood and homeowners. While everyone I’ve spoken to has been very helpful; there is one agent who has gone way above and beyond to help me, especially recently when I sold my house in Brant Rock. This agency and their employees are local and understand the unique nature of waterfront homes. I highly recommend them.
Jacquelyn R was incredibly helpful with the process of switching our car registration from my parents to me - she even helped us change the license plates outside in the cold with a screwdriver! She was very communicative through email and extremely helpful in person. :)
