Had a Recall on my wife's 2020 Lincoln for rear seat folding down. McCree said they could do recalls on Lincolns. They looked at it on a timely basis and said they did a visual inspection and it was ok. The second seat is still folding down for no reason. I called Brian in service back and he said it was ok'd by their tech. Cost will be $210.00 if I would like to re evaluate the issue. This is my 3rd issue with their Service dept, there wont be a fourth.
Took my car in Dec 5th for a noise problem. 3 weeks later I went to pick it up, it made a different noise from the initial one. Walked right back in and left the car again. That was a Monday. I called on Friday-"we had trouble replicating the issue, but have heard it now". Funny, the service rep heard it Monday. No follow up for 1 1/2 weeks when I called them again. The service team was very professional and courteous, I was able to get right in to program and cut a new key fob. The price was very fair and I was in and out very quickly.
Great things: The people are nice-I couldn’t ask for a more polite interaction when making the appointment, picking up the truck, and my experience with the cashier. Not great things: Our truck was picked up on Monday and by end of day we had heard nothing. Pricing was unclear and misunderstood. My husband was told it was going to be one price and when we picked it up it was almost double. Overall, the dealership is nice, clean, and temperature controlled.
