Bought multiple vehicles from here and never an issue
I went to have my cabin air filter changed by the service department at McRee and after receiving my truck back there was a heavy fuel smell in the cab of the truck. The service technicians told me they didn’t smell anything and all they could smell was air freshener (which hadn’t been used whatsoever) I then asked three other customers at the dealership if they could smell it they all agreed but the manager refused to do anything to make the situation right.
I will no longer bring my truck here. You make an "appointment" only to be told you still have to leave your truck for multiple days. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and this time, I even asked when I called. This place is a joke. Take your vehicle to Cook Ford for any recall / warranty work. None of this drop your mode of transportation off for multiple days.
