I will no longer bring my truck here. You make an "appointment" only to be told you still have to leave your truck for multiple days. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and this time, I even asked when I called. This place is a joke. Take your vehicle to Cook Ford for any recall / warranty work. None of this drop your mode of transportation off for multiple days. Awesome service
Dropped off truck January 29th for February 3rd appointment. Didn't get truck back until February 26th. Never ever have I had my truck in shop for a month. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. I tried being patient but this service experience was worse I've ever had
I brought my truck here for service, and the customer service was excellent. Everything was well-organized and efficient. My service advisor, Brian, was fantastic—super helpful. The rental department was also friendly and made the process easy. Overall, everything was seamless, and I highly recommend this service department!
