I live in the Rolling Hills Apartments, which are owned by Mcrae Realty. The apartments are ok, the management on the other hand is extremely strict. I have been living in my apartment for over 3 years now, and after I was 6 days late on my rent, for a couple of months(I didn't get paid till 6 days after rent was due) in which I already paid late fees, so no big deal.
