When someone comes out to look for a vehicle Try to help them instead of pushing cars on them that the dealership wants to get rid of. I feel Erica is a horrible sales person and she lies to people to try to get them to take what she wants. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Brian Phillips. He was very friendly. I had a specific vehicle in mind, and he was able to answer all the questions I had. He was able to hold the car for a week for me while I waited for my settlement from my old car being totaled. Brian was also able to get the price down, and he had a second key made for me.
