Overall, we have been happy with our home; however, our biggest issue is that after closing, the builder does not care if you have issues with your home. I'm not speaking of normal cosmetic issues, but issues that are the result of poor contractor work.
We bought a new home in Moyock and we do love it! Unfortunately the backyard was not graded correctly and we bought in the winter so the seed did not take and half the yard is uneven. When we contacted the builders they said sorry for your luck! It’s going to cost us $700-$1000 plus the price to lay sod so this doesn’t happen again. It’s too bad they don’t take care of their buyers.
