I took the COVID antibody test. A free test. But they tried to get me to agree to a consultation before giving me my results. This would have resulted in a charge. I believe it is highly unethical and morally wrong to take advantage of people during a pandemic. I wouldn’t go to this provider if I were bleeding to death on its front steps.

The folks that answer the phones provide false information and create risks to public health. Do NOT contact these people for COVID-19 related testing. They don't know what they're doing and will put you at risk of contracting it.
you know people need healthcare OTHER than just wall-to-wall coronavirus information... you closed your doctors office and your answering machine message says NOTHING about where patients are supposed to go now... how incompetent and useless can you possibly be?
RecommendedI have received great care from both the Wheat Ridge location and the Arvada location. I prefer the Arvada location because of the very high quality dental care I receive there. My biggest complaint (and it’s a HUGE complaint) is Stride uses a one number central call center that is horrible. It will say I’m next in the que, but then after 10 minutes I give up. Up until today yes, I love Dr Ruth, but after 5 calls in 2 days for an MA to call me regarding a car accident, I’m wondering..I’ve not be called back!!!!
they schedule you months in advance, to the point where you're forced to find alternative methods of healthcare because you either die or improve your health naturally.. it's easy to forget appointments, especially with a detrimental health condition! Also, if the professional doesn't know much about what condition you have, you're sent to a specialist, which takes another dozen months or so.. Our health should be taken into more of a priority in this society. i'll wait.
They put you on hold for ever and hang up on you when calling for appointments or information, ive been trying to get my sons medication filled for OVER 1 week now and the pharmacy has called them multiple times as well with NO calls back and no refill on his medications. These people dont care about their patients and should NOT be in business of caring for peoples health and lives. HORRIBLE!!! He's been suffering in pain for over 4 days now due to these peoples lack of compassion or care.
