Dr valentine was friendly Reception staff was helpful The phlebotomist was wonderful !! I recommend this facility
Pleasant experience with Doctor and staff during first and only visit. But when I requested follow up assistance a few months later, I received no help. Seems they are looking to profit off quantity of visits rather than help patients that had already visited their team.
Its hard to be understanding, I try, but this place regularly makes mistakes that costs the people who come here hundreds of dollars, if not more. I have tried 3 times to get my insurance bound to my account, and they keep claiming its linked correctly. I just had a last notice come through billing me hundreds of dollars for a 10 min phone conversation to renew my $10 prescription. A bill they had assured me would be handled by my already "linked" insurance.
If I could give them. Negative 10,000 I would. Receptionists always EXTREMELY RUDE!!. Also they did not run my insurance card when I went in said they did, they blatantly added several more dollars to my bill so they could send me to collections!!! DONT GO HERE TERRIBLE place!!!!
