This is a new housing addition that is very dirty and has a lot of crime. I moved here under a year ago and if you drive around it has trash and debris everywhere and the kids run the are and steal from your yards so you are unable to really have any proper lawn care. Many of the homes have 4 or more cars and park them everywhere so it’s difficult yo navigate the crowded area.
