I watched how the office ladies greeted patients and their family. Was outstanding how they calmed them and reassured them. Wait time was minimal. Tv to watch or an array of magizine or toys to occupy your mind the hygienists are. Very skilled. I needed other work done. Was pain free and I am a dentists office wimp.
