This guy, in today's market, has valued my custom built home at less than it was appraised for in 2001. ********************** And we've done a $100,000 worth of upgrades and add ons since. What a joke! He can't even take the time to find relevant comps. STAY AWAY!!!

All homeowners have the opportunity to provide what they feel are better sales than those used in the report as a "Reconsideration of Value" however this borrower apparently could not be bothered and did not provide our office with better sales for comparison. He did send us a foul language filled e-mail stating he needed it to appraise for more for his divorce so perhaps there are more issues than the appraisal going on.
