Chris was the person who made the whole process understandable by taking the time to explain things and answer any and all my question. He truly made a horrible space in time bearable. They represented me on the creek fire mass action lawsuit. Took years to deal with, countless emails, always asking for more info, photos whatever. All that was to bleed the money out of the settlement. I was told my settlement amount last month and then they deducted 30% and fees. Left me with little to nothing. Absolutely dishonorable. I contacted McNicholas & McNicholas LLP regarding a complex public sector employment law matter. During our initial conversation, they said they would review my case with their team and get back to me. However, I never received any follow-up, explanation, or closure about whether they could assist me. Because of this, I was left without guidance on an urgent matter and had to seek help elsewhere. I wanted clarity and communication, which I did not receive. Do not waste your time with this law firm.
