This was the worst company we have ever tried to do business with. Owner was extremely arrogant and said he didn't need our business. He came out to assess the job and told us he would be "doing US a favor" to pump/repair our septic system. Terrible businessman who has no clue as to the importance of treating the customer with respect.

We do not work on the weekends but, when you called the office on a snowy saturday having septic issues Mr. Carlton choose to come out to try and help you and your husband rectify the issue. Respect goes both ways the customer also needs to treat the person performing the service with respect.
