I had an emergency overflow and have tenants in part of my home, I tried to call a previous company and they could not get to me for a week. I called McNels and spoke to Sean and he got me on the schedule for the next morning! Ken came out and was so Professional & explained everything, cleaned my tank and baffles and showed me where repairs needed to be made. I will definitely be using McNels from now on and you should too!

Awesome fast service!! We had an almost horrible situation and they were able to to get in and fix it fast and right. As a homeowner it is important to have piece of mind that your home is safe from what could have been an atrocious mess as well as expensive headache. I highly recommend their service.
Ken is the kindest man. He was very prompt and professional. The job was a lot more complicated than just a pump out. Ken was so helpful. He explained what had to be done and did it cheerfully. I will never call anyone else.
