I have a 2018 Nissan rogue. I broken axle coming back from the beach and they told me that my rear end had to be changed. This cost $5000 plus after I got my car back and I know it’s just because I am a woman I started having trouble with my transmission and it kept showing me. It was the four-wheel-drive. While driving home, a caliper bracket bolt on my Nissan Titan came loose and fell out while coming down 16 into Wilkesboro. Their service depart squeezed me into a tight schedule and has me back on the road in no time! Everyone in the service department were super helpful and took pride in each of their roles! If I am in the area and need service or another emergency repair, I will definitely head to this fine dealership! McNeill Nissan is a class act all the way around!
