I was traveling to Wilkes County from where I live outside Rochester New York. Long story short the rear differential started going out in my 19 Nissan Frontier. After calling my warranty company I googled local dealers and found McNeill Nissan. I called, spoke with Jacob Mitchell, told him my predicament and he said to bring it on in the next morning which happened to be my 30th birthday. I gave him my warranty info and he told me not to worry, he would handle things from there and he did just that and more. He kept me info... read more
These guys are life savers. Jacob was a great service advisor. Truck broke down on me and just barely made it to them. He fit me into the tight schedule and got me back on the road so we could get home! He kept me informed every step and made everything work out smoothly. Thank you to the tech that took care of my truck respectfully. Thank you guys!
I had the absolute best experience at McNeill Nissan. I had a problem with my car and was traveling alone… I stopped into the service center here and Jacob Mitchell helped me so much. He was so polite and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road safely. Tyler was also amazing. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I can’t say enough good things about these two. I would highly recommend McNeill Nissan, Jacob and Tyler for any car needs you may have. They were the best!!! :)
Salesman was condescending and rude
The service and parts departments have demonstrated exceptional service.
