We stopped in at this dealership after driving for a fairly long distance. We wanted to charge our EV. The service department was getting ready to close, but Jason Mitchell kept it open for us to come in, grab coffee and use the restroom. He was very helpful, kind and informative. If he is an indication of your customer service, it was awesome. Thank you Jacob.

Ken in parts is absolutely the best. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships and some do not care. This man is amazing. He went above and beyond at a time I was in desperate need of a single bolt. I had an excellent experience with the service department at McNeil Nissan in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. My Nissan Juke, which I purchased from CarMax and is still under warranty, unfortunately had a transmission failure with fewer than 50,000 miles.
