Great service department and shop
This is one of the BEST buying experiences I have ever had and I've owned allot of vehicles! Chad Hemric was an exceptional agent to deal with. I negotiated most of the deal via text and when we got close Chad suggested I come in and the deal was done. NO Pressure and no BS! Highly recommend using Mcneill Chevrolet !!
Never buy a car or bring your car in for service there. Paid thousands for repairs only to have the issue come up again. Made an appointment to bring it back in, had an early afternoon Saturday appointment, turns they were closed, then I should not have been able to book an appointment. Never will go there again. Will stick with Toyotas and stay with Classic Toyota in Wilkesboro. EDIT: The review was not that the office was closed on Saturday, people deserve time off to enjoy a long holiday and spend time with their family. ... read more
