Matt runs a first class business. Well organized, honest and thorough. I'm not a professional dealer but I like to go to estate sales and have attended quite a few. Matt's are conducted with a high standard.

Matt handled my fathers estate, he did a very good job. The sale had several controversial items which caused some uproar but Matt handled everything like a professional... Matt will work his butt off for you, and he's very good at what he does. He is also very knowledgeable on market prices and will strive to make your estate as profitable as possible.

Always a good sale. Very organized and professional. My family contacted Matt to do my Grandmother's sale, but it did not meet his minimum, so he referred us to another company who was better suited to do it. While talking to my family, my Uncle had some questions about the value of some items he had at his house. Matt went to my Uncle's house (at no charge) and gave him some info on the items. Matt has also given me at least 5 dog crates for the Bella Foundation and has donated items for our silent auctions. Five stars all ... read more

I've been to many estate sales, and McNeil's are by far the most organized, cleanest, and interesting, with the best staff around!
