Wish there was 0 RATING!!! Avoid at all cost! Our realtor used him for a house we purchased and if you use him I would recommend hiring your own HVAC company, Electrician, roofer, and foundation company to come out and conduct an inspection prior to closing. This will save you a lot of money and headache.If you are unlucky enough to have to use him definitely asks about his BS insurance policy and procedures. Tim McNeese took great care to ensure our needs were met and our new home was thoroughly and professionally inspected in a manner that was timely and ensured we were fully informed regarding our home. We couldn't have been happier with the services provided.
We could not have closed without Tim. Not only did he do our initial inspection that showed shoddy electric work, he returned after the seller "fixed" the electric himself. Without Tim returning and giving us the "all ok", we would have pulled out of the sale. Please remember that he is working for the client (buyer)! Any negative reviews are due to bitter sellers that wanted to offload their problems to the buyer. We can't thank Tim enough for giving us peace of mind.
Tim and his staff went above and beyond for us. We had a sudden change in scheduling for closing on our first home and they quickly adjusted their schedule to fit our need. The inspection report was very detailed and found things we would've missed after going through our walk through on a newly built home.
