Very efficient inspector with excellent knowledge of code and construction standards. I specifically wanted someone who was experienced with boathouses and waterfront structures, and Tim absolutely delivered. He was thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to explain findings clearly throughout the inspection process. His expertise and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Mr. McNeese & team were quick, thorough, informative, and professional in how my inspection was done. Crawlspace to attic to roof, interior appliances, electrical, plumbing, he checks all these and more. His inspection after report was well put together and was easy to read and get an overall idea of the property.
