I had been very pleased with their service. I actually had to have them out two times within two weeks for two different problems, i’ve had to call them twice about cashing my checks, which still has not been done. I told the lady they were messing up my checking account, she said well just deduct it that she couldn’t do anything without a service order being written why does it take the technician so long to write a service order, I told them I wouldn’t be doing any business with them again and she said we have a nice day a... read more
What a pleasant experience with this McNeely. I had the most honest and amazing service tech, Dave, come and repair an ongoing leak. I was so impressed starting with the delightful gal that answers the phone. I'm guessing she is the hub of the wheel to make things go smoothly. Dave was efficient, timely, and cleaned up everything before his departure. One thing that also got my attention, is that McNeely doesn't try to sell me things I may or may not need. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Russ Woods was a very knowledgeable salesperson who worked within our budget and finalized the sale while beating the competition. Do not use this service, I had one of there guys in my bed last night and he smelt like absolute trash I don’t know why I would ever sleep with a plumber but he had a shrimp and it had cheese growing out of it aswell this employees name was Conner I can’t stand people like him
