We have gone to Dr. McNay for several years, their office is incredibly difficult to schedule appts, don't bother to reschedule an appointment, extremely inflexible and deny things when they have made mistakes. I had never had a biopsy. before I was sent home with some baggie full of some ointment and some bandaids and told to keep it clean.
