Very unhappy with the service provided by McNaught Collision Centre. They took my car in for a minor repair and I have waited over a week and still have no update. Apparently they are waiting for a part??? I was covered for a rental car until last Friday from MPI and was extended to Tuesday after the long weekend. I called first thing this morning so I could plan my day and nobody called me back. I am sitting here waiting and have wasted another day. As an accident participant, you usually don't want to go back to the collision center again, but McNaught's service is good enough to make me recommend it to friends who want to repair their vehicles. It was a normal repair first, but they will process it very soon. I especially want to thank Krista. She texted me every step in the repair and provided quality service. Finally, my vehicle was repaired perfectly. It's good for someone who has a car to fix. Professional fix steps and efficiency.
The texts to keep in touch are not that helpful as not much is happening with my care repair. We are on day 29 now of a scratched door and no sign of my care being repaired. Less time texting and more time repairing is my advice. I will never buy a car brand linked to this collision centre again.

Rylee made the process seamless—keeping me updated throughout the day and even offering me an Uber ride if I needed.
