Brought my truck in for an oil change and tire swap. Was told it would be 2ish hours and they would contact me when it was ready. No word for 4 hours until I called them to find out it was done. Very disappointed.
Now Using Uber as your curtsey ride service, cars was dirty communication for ride was not explained could not understand the uber driver. Oil change took over 3 hours, 3 hours for an oil change??
