I've rented with this company for a while now and they have been excellent. The office staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly to any concerns and if something falls between the cracks I can always rely on the office staff to remedy that ASAP! I would highly recommend renting from them.
I've never interacted with a less ethical business and I am confounded as to how they are still in business. My family owns a property management company in the Bay Area and so I'm well versed in landlord-tenant laws. This business unabashedly does not follow California laws in regards to security deposits. In fact, two of their employees openly told me that they over charge for security deposits regularly.
