November 10, 2025 (11:50 a.m): Just drove by one of the McNamara red pick up trucks that was parked on the asphalt path outside of Punch Pizza and FedEx and across from Woodbury Minnesota City Hall. They paved my street they ran over my mailbox and side walk broke the side work
I normally have tolerance for big equipment/truck drivers. I'll give them the space they need and respect that they have a job to do. That said, today was a near miss with your truck #T49 on Hwy 3 in Farmington. Your driver decided that his dump truck was instead a sports car and required him to cut me off from the right lane instead of yielding to me in the left (through) lane. Mark Fischer was very professional and respectful of my concerns of his project on a residential street.
McNamara doesn't use proper signage, and Mark's Towing violated the law by towing my car. There was a repavement project that also added some gutters in Eagan, but I was told by Eagan PD to refer the matter about parking to McNamara Contracting, which Jeremy, their project manager, state that the "no parking" sign (which was not even up to MUCTD Code and not even enforceable) was meant for the area immediately surrounding a location where they intend to install a gutter, and that the repaving of the street was about a month ... read more
