Reliable Taxi I used these guys when I was in a sticky situation. I had a job interview to the most important career in my life and my car was in repairs. I needed a reliable driver and McNamara deliver on that point. I call them up and stressed to them that I cannot miss my interview at 3 PM. I called at 2:10 and the cab arrived at 2:24PM. He took the quickest route to my destination and I ended up being 10 minutes early for my interview. If you need a reliable taxi service, look no further.

Outstanding Taxi Service I recently got a ride to O'Hare and it couldn't have went better. I ordered a cab for 10am. The cab arrived five minutes early and the driver came to my door and carried my luggage. Clean comfortable van and friendly driver. This company has been my go to taxi cab service for 18 years. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Dispatcher don't care. When I first started using this cab company a couple of years ago, they were on time. During the last year however, the dispatchers have been sloppy. They tell you a 15 minutes for a cab and you wait for over an hour with a no show. This has happened six times in a row so far. And when you call back to see what's going on, all you get is excuses. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!

35 min late missed my bus... I have had used there service many times. There were ok. Last night I called 2 hours before I needed a cab. There're getting late so I called. The dispatcher was very rude. He was lying about cab it's on it way when he just send the cab to my location. I didn't make it to my bus because driver was late 35 min. I had to pay for the service in full for two ways since I didn't have another bus for a day. The dispatcher told me he will block my number... Like I would want to use them again....lol. Never Again! I had to get to Midway to make a flight. At 10 minutes late, I was told someone was 5 minutes away. After 30 more minutes, the excuse was traffic. At 45 minutes late, I was told they were exiting nearby, which made their original story a lie as that would not have been the route taken from where the vehicle supposedly came from. I barely made my flight as it was boarding already when I got to the gate. Inexcusable!

McNamara Taxi Cab Service This is a Great company. Very friendly. On time and clean vehicles. This makes for a great ride to the airport. I would recommend highly.
