NEVER USE THIS TAXI I CALLED 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO BE PICKED UP FOR A MEETING AND ASKED DISPATCH TO MAKE SURE TO BE ON TIME AND HE GUARANTEED IT. WHEN THE PICK UP TIME CAME I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WERE "BUSY" AND IT WOULD BE 10 MORE MINUTES. THEY SHOWED UP 45MINUTES LATER AND I MISSED MY MEETING AND MISSED MY SALE FOR WORK . NEVER AGAIN.CARS ARE DISCUSTING TOO!!!!!!

WORST CAB SERVICE Literally the worst taxi service ! Cab was dirty, half-eaten food on the floor! I can't believe it ! Plus they were 20min late. i will never use them again

Don't make the same mistake What an horrible night ! I called them at night coming out of a bar in Lemont. What a mistake !! The driver arrived 15min after in a dirty cab, i've never seen something like that. Is this how you treat your customer?!

Is this a real cab company ? One of the biggest joke of this year. First, the service is terrible, unprofessional drivers, and the guys i had on the phone was so annoying to me. Then, WTF are those price???!!!!!! they think they are driving people with Limo and champagne ? Just forget about this "cab company"

Never Again Cab #69 on Sept 9, 2016 filthy, smelly, smoke filled and trash on floor, broken door handle. Will never use again

Don't call them !! Unwelcome service ! The driver was pissed off and unrespectful. Fries and garbage on the floor... looks like the cab is never cleaned. I used them twice and that was definitely the LAST TIME !

Worst Taxi Service They are terrible . Cars are smelly drivers smoke in them and I tried to use them after and they never showed up???

Truly reliable cabs McNamara Cabs are fast, clean, and reliable. I used them on multiple occasions and have never been late or dissatisfied with their service. My driver Ronny was very accommodating and always helped carry my grocery bags to my house. Very polite and sincere drivers that always have a smile on their face.

Good Service overall McNamara excels at being the reliable taxi service to get you around town. The rates are low and that is what makes these guys stand out the most. The drivers are generally nice, but the cabs sometimes due have a smoke odor, and out of the three times that I used them, one had a strong cigarette smell and its the only reason they get a 4 star.
