I recently called the McNair law firm to inquire about a couple of things I needed to take care of. I was very surprised that John McNair answered the telephone, as I usually am greeted by a receptionist when calling my previous attorneys. I mentioned that I was looking for a new attorney and asked if he could help with revising my trust as well as a name change for a family member. He was very rude and condescending.
