I've been going to this place for 2 years they've helped me through so many problems I recommend going here. The only issue is they have problems answering the phone. But they are very polite
I am 17 and I had been going there for years until a year ago and I came back for therapy just recently. This has always been a very bad communicating place. The staff there are rude and judgemental and very inconsiderate. There is less than a handful that are nice. Most of them think they are untitled to control your decisions. They sit there and act like they're listening but in reality they make faces at you like your crazy. They always expect you to call when something happens but really it's their responsibility. Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.
