They never answer the phone
I've been going to this place for 2 years they've helped me through so many problems I recommend going here. The only issue is they have problems answering the phone. But they are very polite
I am 17 and I had been going there for years until a year ago and I came back for therapy just recently. This has always been a very bad communicating place. The staff there are rude and judgemental and very inconsiderate. There is less than a handful that are nice. Most of them think they are untitled to control your decisions.
