I cannot say enough nice things about my experience here! From the ladies at the front to the techs in the back to Dr. McMurphy, everyone was refreshingly friendly! I had a stubborn front tooth that was never properly fixed with my childhood braces (from a different doctor) I desperately wanted to fix it once and for all! I was very grateful for how kind and accommodating the scheduling staff was. They were wonderful on the phone and got me in incredibly quick. However, my experience in the office itself felt a bit different. I waited well past my appointment time, and the consultation felt odd and impersonal. I felt judged when discussing my broken permanent retainer situation and my insurance limitations. Additionally, there was no explanation given about how they would be handling my procedure.
